Option #1: One time TRAVEL & LEARN:

*Full Delegate:	$435
Technician/Resident/Nurse:	$290
Support Staff/Clinical Coordinator:	$290
Accompanying Persons:	$190 (lectures not included)
Late Fee (traveling within 48 hours):	+ $30

Delegates may choose up to 5 lectures to complete within 1 week.

Option #2: Purchase 1 week, receive the 2nd at half the cost (travel must be continuous and not interrupted)

*Full Delegate:	$435 + $220 = $655
Technician/Resident/Nurse:	$290 + $145 = $435
Support Staff/Clinical Coordinator:	$290 + $145 = $435
Accompanying Persons:	$190 + $95 = $285
	(lectures not included)
Late Fee (traveling within 48 hours):	+ $45

Delegates may choose up to 8 lectures to complete within 2 weeks.

Option #3: Annual NEI Membership

Delegates who travel more than twice a year can now benefit from an annual membership. Travel when you want, as many times as you want and learn as much as you want (maximum 18 credits) – all at your convenience.

Technician/Resident/Nurse:	$680
Support Staff/Clinical Coordinator:	$680
Accompanying Persons:	$480 (lectures not included)
Late Fee:	Not Applicable

Annual memberships begin the day your account is activated.

* Full Delegate = Medical Practitioners, Dentists, Pharmacists, Lawyers

NEI Conferences accepts the following payments:

Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Diners)
Cheque (made payable to NEI Conferences in US funds)
Bank cheque (drafted to NEI Conferences in US funds)

Registration may be completed online (access from any page on the website) or a hard-copy form may be faxed to our offices (click here). If you are sending a cheque, please include your registration form along with your payment.
