  1. How much is the registration fee and how may I register?

The cost for registration is as follows (all prices are in US Dollars):
Full Delegate (Medical Practitioner, Dentist, Lawyer, Pharmacist): $435.00 USD
Accompanying Person to Full Delegate Registrant: $190.00 USD
Office Support Staff: $290.00 USD
Medical/Dental/Lawyer/Pharmacy Assistant/Technician or Dental Hygienist/Student: $290.00 USD

All Registration Fees are quoted in American Funds.

  1. How many days in advance must I register?

Generally, the earlier you register, the more likely you are to secure a lower accommodation hotel rate however, you may register up to 48 hours prior to your departure at the full delegate fee of $435.00 USD.  Should you be in transit and already on your travels and would like to join the conferences or are planning to travel within the next 48 hours, an additional $30.00 USD processing fee will be added to your registration.

  1. Must I stay in a Fairmont Hotel or Resort/Starwood Hotel to benefit from these conferences?

NO.  You may stay at any hotel in any city worldwide however, since we are encouraged with The Fairmont Hotels and Resorts and Starwood Hotels, you will certainly benefit from exceptional corporate travel rates everyday of the year without any blackout periods for each and every hotel and/or resort in the Fairmont family chain and/or Starwood family chain.
